People are still confused about event handlers and how to write them. Here's a good example from Microsoft on how to do it

i executed the command "stsadm -o upgrade -inplace -forceupgrade" but i got this message when the upgrade is finished :Upgrade completed with errors. Review the upgrade.log file located
in C:\Progra
m Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\Logs\Upgrade.log.
The number of errors and warnings is listed at the end of the upgrade log file
